Abel Bazan is extremely professional and attentive to details. I recommend him without hesitation. I first worked with Abel after a bad experience with a local real estate agent. I had told Abel about my bad experience and I really had a mindset that wasn't positive towards this profession, thinking that most real estate agents were out for their own best interests, always late, not very thorough, and at their worst, frankly, predatory.

Abel completely changed my view point. He is professional, on-time, thorough, detail orientated and personable. If I had questions, he'd be sure to write them down, get back to me in a timely manner, and get them answered to the best of his ability. He leveraged his own resources to find out the answers I needed or provide recommendations for me. However, if he didn't know the answer or couldn't find it out, he would also frankly tell me. He was always on time and kept his appointments. He was personable and very professional.

Abel negotiated a significant amount of savings for us, when we found out we'd have to replace most of the electrical in the house. When we were looking for another investment property, I was amazed at his thoroughness at leaving "no stone unturned" for possible suitable properties. I also really appreciated that he did not bring us to look at properties that did not fit what we were looking for. I am confident in having Abel represent me, both for looking out for my best interests as a home buyer and also in being the type of honest professional person that I want my name attached to.
